What happens if I don’t hear back from the restaurant after 48 hours?

Firstly, if you have opted to receive email notifications, check your junk mail folder in case the booking confirmation email from Optus Dining is in there. 

If it has been more 48 hours since you’ve submitted your booking request and your booking hasn’t been confirmed or declined by the restaurant, you can call the restaurant directly. Alternatively, email the Optus Dining Team at support@optusdining.com.au or call 1300 346 300 (Mon-Sat 9am-5pm AEST), so we can contact the restaurant on your behalf.
