Nabooki has changed the way I do business. Excellent service, great people behind the scenes. All very helpful. ☺Nabooki is generally very easy to use, it saves me so much time in administration and my students can easily book themselves into their yoga classes. The support team are excellent and proactive. They have been able to sort out my questions and have trained me very well in navigating around the system. When COVID came, my previous booking system started to fail me and a colleague introduced Nabooki to me. I love how it’s working for me as a business owner. It helped me control numbers in each Yoga class which my previous system could not do.. It also has allowed me to send emails easily to each individual groupwhich I find it very helpful! I can also locate each booking with ease. ☹I had reported one strange error on payment status tagging but overall is good.
Great and simple to use ☺I like Nabooki because of the cost and it is simple to navigate. I did not use the booking system initially, just the payment system using Eway, but with Covid it was really great to have this automated booking system. Support has been very helpful and I can always reach out to them. I really love the simplicity of the system it would be really nice if they had a mobile app. ☹It would be really nice if they had a mobile app.

Nabooki Booking System Before using nabooki, I was manually receiving bookings through text or emails which was driving me insane. Now, it has helped me organise my weekly classes by keeping me on track as it tells me everyday who’s coming to my classes. It’s also very easy to use and gives the flexibility for users to book easily. I’m on top of things as I know what’s happening on a day to day basis and can organise my life and business according to the booking summaries I receive everyday. I am also 100% SATISFIED with their customer service because even if it’s not a problem about nabooki, they assist me in figuring out what went wrong. It’s helped me out so much that I even recommended nabooki to my friends who are also using it now. ☺It is easy to use and can be used either from my laptop or iPhone, I get reports daily letting me know what my bookings are or who has just booked in ☹There is nothing that I don’t like about using the Nabooki software
