Accept payments through the gateway that works for your business.

Nabooki supports a range of payment gateways so you can take online payments from customers at the time of booking. Connect Stripe, Square, PayPal, eWay, or Braintree, or set up Kovena directly from within your Nabooki account without needing to register separately. Kovena also supports multi-currency payments, letting international customers pay and receive refunds in their local currency.

Automation

Connect Nabooki to the apps your business already uses.

Zapier connects Nabooki to thousands of other applications, letting you automate the repetitive tasks that come with managing bookings. You can trigger actions in other tools whenever a booking is created, updated, or cancelled in Nabooki, all without writing a line of code. Common uses include adding new customers to an email marketing platform like Mailchimp, syncing booking data to a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, pushing booking records to accounting tools like Xero or MYOB, and automating other workflows your business depends on. If the tool you use has a Zapier integration, there’s a good chance it can connect to Nabooki.

Reserve with Google

Reserve with Google

When someone searches for your business on Google Search or Maps, they can book directly from your listing. Nabooki’s integration with Reserve with Google adds a “Book Online” button to your Google Business Profile, linking customers through to your Nabooki booking tool.

Google Calendar

Google Calendar

Keep your bookings and your calendar in sync. Once connected, any booking made in Nabooki appears in your Google Calendar automatically. With two-way sync enabled, events you add or update in Google Calendar flow back into Nabooki, blocking those times from being booked by customers. It works for individual operators and across staff and resource calendars too.

Google Tag Manager

If you want to track how customers move through your booking process, Nabooki supports integration with Google Tag Manager (GTM). Connect your GTM account to the booking widget to capture conversion data, including checkout and payment steps, through Google Analytics or another compatible analytics tool.

Channel management

Reach more travellers through the booking sites they’re already using.

Many operators use OTAs like Viator and GetYourGuide to reach travellers who haven't heard of them yet. Nabooki connects to major OTA channels, so when a booking comes in through a third-party site it flows back into Nabooki in real time, keeping your availability accurate across every channel from one place. Nabooki remains your system of record throughout.

Nabooki's OTA channel integration is powered by Bókun, with preferred pricing for Nabooki customers: no monthly subscription fee, no channel management fee, and a reduced booking fee of 0.95%. OTA commission rates set by each channel still apply.

Agent network

Give your agents a direct line to your booking system.

Nabooki's agent portal lets you connect travel agents, visitor centres, and resellers directly to your operation. Agents can make bookings on your behalf, with commission set by you at a per-product level and captured automatically at the time of booking. Every agent sees a single consolidated dashboard showing all their connected operators and a unified booking report, so there's no logging in and out of separate accounts.

Nabooki does not charge commission on agent bookings.You set the rates your agents earn. Available on Accelerate and Powerhouse plans.

Email marketing

Turn your booking customers into a growing audience.

Nabooki connects with Campaign Monitor, so every customer who makes a booking can be added to your email marketing list automatically. Once connected, customer details are exported directly to Campaign Monitor, making it easy to stay in touch with past guests, promote upcoming experiences, and build repeat business without manual data entry.

Online experiences

Run virtual sessions without the admin.

If you offer online classes, guided sessions, or consultations, Nabooki’s Zoom integration takes care of the logistics. When a customer books an online service, Nabooki automatically creates the Zoom session, sends the meeting link to the customer, and delivers the hosting link to you. There’s no manual scheduling, no copy-pasting links, and no risk of sending the wrong details. You can connect multiple staff accounts, so the right link goes to the right person every time.
